FullBar: The Real Secret to Weight Loss... Eat 'Til You're Full!!!

You may have seen the commercials, while watching Fox News, Rachel Maddow's new show on MSNBC, or even A&E. It was actually a BodyTrends Client who brought FullBar to our attention, about 3 weeks ago. Fullbar....Say it!...Know it!...It just may be the added factor you need to lose weight successfully. FullBar is the brainchild of Dr. Michael A. Snyder of Denver Colorado, who judging from the Fullbar website is long on 'brains', but rather short on 'looks'! You be the judge. Anyway, to his credit, he appears to be the ideal weight for his height, and with no beer gut! Dr. Snyder is the creator and developer of Fullbar, the latest "craze" in appetite-control and weight-loss. As a bariatric or "Weight-loss" surgeon, who has performed more than 1500 weight-loss surgeries, lap bands, Roux-en-Y, gastroplasty, etc, Dr. Snyder has sought to uncover the real reason people overeat. He has applied the principles that make weight -loss surgery successful to this non-surgical approach. The upper stomach is distended at the end of a meal, which sends a signal to the brain that you are full. This is called "satiety" . In Bariatric surgery, the principle is to mimic fullness and signal satiety by reducing the volume or capacity of the stomach, leading to the distention. This tricks the brain into thinking you are full. FullBar works in the same manner as weight loss surgery, by filling the stomach to near its brim, with a low-calorie relatively inert substance, that will not contribute to the individuals weight. You may be thinking that you stomach and your brain are way too smart to be tricked by something like this. Think again, 95% of the study participants using full bar saw an average weight loss of 11.5 lbs in 12 weeks. That's actually not bad. The same study showed this to be equivalent of losing 40% of the participants excess weight in just 3 months, Here's how it works: Eat a FullBar, for 2 largest meals of the day. Drink a glass of water. Wait 30 minutes. Then Eat. With the fullness caused by the Fullbar, satiety is achieved very quickly, and very little of the large meal will be desired. In principal, including FullBar will lead to a exclusion of the majority of meal-related calories in a day. My greatest fear is: ..... Fullbar will taste like Styrofoam...or maybe, wood chips.
